At GulfVena, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations & Delivery Time
We currently deliver to all Emirates in the UAE.

Inside UAE:

• Fujairah, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain: 1-3 business days
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah: 2-4 business days

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 5-8 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All prices are in AED.

• Free shipping on orders over 149 AED within the United Arab Emirates.
• For orders below 149 AED, a flat shipping fee of 15-25 AED will apply.
• For GCC countries, shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order anytime from our "Track Your Order" page.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ahsaninfo143@gmail.com. If your order is lost in transit, we will reship it for free or provide a full refund.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. GulfVena is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the order is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.
